Payment Terms

At DrumCircleUSA.com we offer several payment methods. We do not accept cash. We do accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You also have the option to pay with money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. This payment option will have to be mailed to us prior to order processing. These payment methods could significantly delay your order processing time. Some Banks may require up to a 10 business day hold on these options. PayPal payments are simply transfers from your Pay Pal account, to ours. There is no need to give a credit card number with PayPal orders. PayPal is a safe and secure worry free method of payment.

Sales Tax

If your order is being shipped outside of Florida, you will not pay a state sales tax. DrumCircleUSA is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Florida.

Processing Time/Availability

We at DrumCircleUSA.com are concerned about your safety and security on the internet. Therefore, order processing times consist of thoroughly reviewing your order ensuring its accuracy, validating payment method, and ensuring your authorization to use such payment method. Once we have approved your order it is then sent to our warehouses for shipment. This usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR SHIPMENT!

Most orders we receive are processed within 24hrs. Depending upon the information you give Drum Circle USA and the information on your credit card account (if different) could hinder processing time. Your order could be delayed depending on things such as the name on the billing address differs from the name on the credit card. We may require calling you for voice verification before we can process your credit card payment. All orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

If item(s) you order are in-stock, our warehouse will ship them as soon as possible. Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer which may cut down on transit times and shipping costs. This will also benefit in avoiding excessive abuse during shipping which could result in damaged merchandise.

If item(s) you order are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Partial shipping of in-stock items is possible or waiting until your total order is available to ship at once. This decision is at the customer's discretion.
